Services Provided

 

We offer non-medical, informational birth plan consulting and virtual support. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. Our services are educational and supportive only.

Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide honest, accurate information on all intake forms.

• You acknowledge that any decisions made during your pregnancy, labor, or birth are your own and should be made in consultation with your licensed healthcare provider.

• You agree that all documents (birth plans, guides, forms etc.) sent to you by Felicity Perinatal Consulting are for your use only and are not to be shared for the use of someone other than you, the customer.
   

Payment & Scheduling

 

All sessions must be scheduled in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Limitation of Liability

 

Felicity Perinatal is not responsible for outcomes related to your medical care or birth experience. All services are offered in good faith and do not replace professional medical guidance.

Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
