Refunds & Cancellations

• Consulting Appointments:
  Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
   

• Digital Products (PDFs, checklists, etc.):
  All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of instant-access content.
